See what happens when a real person uses your product.
I use your product like a real user. You get a short written report about anything broken, confusing, or unclear.
You are living inside the product.
You know the workaround for every rough edge. Your next customer does not. I test your product like a real user.
The problem
You cannot see what new users see
- You muscle through UX that would make a stranger leave
- Empty states and placeholders read as "broken" to everyone else
- You ship new features faster than you can step through signup again
The solution
A stranger runs your funnel once
- I use the product without your insider knowledge
- I flag hesitation before checkout, onboarding drop-offs, and trust gaps
- You get a clear report you can act on today
How it works
Drop your URL. I create my own account and start cold. No walkthrough from you.
Step 01
Send your link
Drop your URL. I create my own account and start cold. No walkthrough from you.
Step 02
I use it
I walk through signup, onboarding, and the main flows like a real user.
Step 03
You get the findings
You receive a report of what worked, what confused me, and what felt broken.
What gets covered in a test
Same checklist every time so nothing important gets skipped—then I lean into whatever makes your product money: signup, activation, checkout, the daily workflow.
First impression
What the product is, who it is for, and whether the first screen makes sense.
Signup and login
Creating an account, signing in, and recovering access when something goes wrong.
Onboarding
Getting started, understanding what to do first, and reaching an early win.
Main flow
The core job your product is built for, step by step, as a new user would.
Important features
The parts customers rely on day to day, not every screen in the product.
Payments
Pricing, checkout, and billing when your product charges money.
Errors and edge cases
What happens when input fails, paths break, or the product ends up in a weird state.
Overall experience
Confusing words, missing context, friction, trust issues, and rough edges anywhere.
Not in scope
Focused on what a customer feels in the browser—not pen tests, Lighthouse scores, or a redesign deck.
- Security audits
- SEO audits
- Performance testing
- Automated testing
- Full QA coverage
- UX redesigns
What you get
A report of what happened when someone new used your product.
Notes about what I did and where I got stuck. Not UX slides and not a generic improvement list.
Every report includes
- Each finding in plain language
- What I was trying to do when it happened
- Where I got stuck, confused, or blocked
- High, medium, and low impact labels
- Enough detail to hand to whoever fixes it
- High
Card charged while plan stayed Free
What happened
The upgrade flow returned an error after Pay. The bank listed a pending charge. The billing page still showed Free. Paying again did not feel safe.
- Medium
Registration looked like it failed
What happened
The form completed but dropped back on the marketing site with no logged-in state. The same email could not sign in because the account already existed. The app only appeared after visiting /app directly.

Common questions
Quick answers about how ttest works and what you receive.
What products can you test?
Most browser-based software: apps, tools, dashboards, booking flows, client portals—the usual suspects. If someone can sign up and use it on the web, it is probably a fit. Send the link and I will tell you if not.
How long does it take?
No more than a few business days once I have your URL and a quick note on what you care about most (signup, billing, a specific workflow). I will confirm timing when you reach out.
What do you need from me?
Your product URL and a short note on what matters most to your customers. I sign up myself. For paid features, send free access such as a test account or coupon code.
Do you test mobile?
No. I test in a desktop browser.
Do you test security or SEO?
No. This is a real-user test, not a technical audit.
Will you fix the problems?
No. I test the product and report what I experience. You decide what to fix.
Can you test a product before launch?
Yes. Testing before launch is often when a fresh pair of eyes helps most.
Find the leaks before your next customer does.
Send the link. I will break things so you do not have to learn about them from a refund request.
