Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using Second Look, a service operated by Visiored ("us", "we", or "our").

Our Service

Second Look is a manual product testing service. We use your product as a real user and report things we experience that are broken, confusing, unclear, or difficult to use.

Our service is not a security audit, SEO audit, performance test, automated test, or comprehensive quality assurance service. We do not guarantee that we will find every problem with your product.

Test Access

You may need to provide access to your product so that we can perform the test. You are responsible for making sure that you have the right to provide this access.

We will use the access you provide only to perform the requested test. Please provide a test account whenever possible and do not provide access to information that is not necessary for the test.

Test Reports

We provide a report based on what we personally experience while using your product. The report describes our observations and is not a guarantee that the reported issues are the only issues with your product.

You are responsible for deciding what actions to take based on the report. We do not provide development, security, legal, or other professional advice as part of the service.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Creem. The price shown at checkout applies to the service you purchase.

Because the service involves work performed specifically for you, refunds are generally not available once we have started the test. If you have a problem with your order, contact us at jyri@visiored.fi and we will review the situation.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and only provide access to products, accounts, and information that you are authorized to share with us.

You must not ask us to access systems or information for which you do not have permission.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your product, content, and other materials you provide to us. We do not claim ownership of your product or its content.

The test report we create for you is provided for your internal use. You may use, share, and modify the report as you wish.

Confidentiality

We will treat information we access during a product test as confidential and will not intentionally share it with third parties except where necessary to provide the service or where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visiored is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will find every problem, identify every usability issue, or produce any particular result.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
